How do I Join?
A direct debit is set up at via the link above and is charged 4 weekly to your chosen account.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel, pause or restart your membership at any time with no incurred charges. We just ask for 4 weeks notice.
If I don’t want my treatment this month can I give it to a friend?
The membership is for you only and is not transferable to anyone else.
What if I miss my appointment, or I’m ill, or something else comes up and I need to cancel my appointment late?
Our salon has a 48 hour cancellation/late changes/missed appointment policy and this still applies to any bookings you have made. We will endeavour to fit you in at the earliest convenience but late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of that months treatment allocation. This is to cover our therapists time.
Ok, so can I roll a missed or cancelled appointment onto next month instead?
Missed or late cancelled appointments can not be rolled over to the following month.
Can you always fit me in as a priority member?
We endeavour to fit you in at a time convenient for you during salon opening hours wherever we can but on occasion, if you have made a last minute booking we may not be able to do this and we will offer the next suitable alternative. Priority members are placed on our autobook feature so that they can choose a time and date convenient to them and never miss out.
What if I decide not to have a part of the treatment on the day? Can I have that part reimbursed?
If you decide not to have a part of the treatment, this does not reduce the monthly direct debit and does not entitle you to a refund or other alternative.
We reserve the right to cancel, change or refuse membership at any time. 4 week’s notice will be given for any changes.
